Vouchers can be purchased for a minimum of £20 with no upper limit.

All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT.

A £5 postage and packaging charge will automatically be taken upon payment of vouchers for UK addresses only. You will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes and shipping/handling charges related to purchases. We will be in touch where this is necessary to take additional payments.

All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of sale. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.

Customers wishing to redeem their vouchers must make a booking in advance at applicable restaurants.

Reservations and goods are subject to availability.

Please call the telephone number specified on the restaurant’s home page to make your reservation. Purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation.

Vouchers can be used as full or part payment on goods and services.

Vouchers are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.

Vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.

Customers cannot purchase ‘open vouchers’ for an experience or for what the bill may come to, you have to purchase a voucher amount in advance. JKS Restaurants can help calculate a recommended value to accommodate a tasting experience etc. but the price may change by the time the voucher is redeemed.

Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full. Where vouchers are dispatched by email, risk will pass to the customer when the email is sent and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full.

Please allow up to five working days for orders to be delivered.

At peak delivery times such as Christmas, normal deliveries may incur delays and we would advise that orders placed for special occasions are made in good time. We take no responsibility for Royal Mail delivery times.

The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

For the avoidance of doubt, the term ‘voucher’ as used in these terms and conditions refers only to vouchers purchased directly from the JKS Restaurants website (www.jksrestaurants.com).


Should you be unhappy with your vouchers, please return them to us within seven days of receipt and we will provide a full refund. It must be undamaged and not used. We also advise that you send any items recorded delivery as JKS Restaurants takes no responsibility for items being lost whilst being returned to us.

To request a refund, please call +44 (0)203 019 2240 or email info@jksrestaurants.com to report the problem and then post the vouchers to JKS Restaurants, 2nd Floor, 64 Great Titchfield Street, London, W1W 7QH.

Any refund will be made to the card used for payment and for the full amount stated, this will not include the postage and packaging, if you have cancelled after your order has been dispatched.
